Our standard one-year warranty is applicable to all our products, and an additional one-year warranty is provided for our portable power station upon registration on our website. If you buy our products through our website, you'll automatically be registered for any extended warranty. However, if you purchase through Amazon or authorized retailers, you'll need to register on our website for the extended warranty.

"Vterun" is to be interpreted as an abbreviation for "Visionary Technology for Environmental Run". It suggests that the company is committed to developing and promoting sustainable technology that has a positive impact on the environment.

Technical Questions

Recharge time = Battery Capacity / (Solar panel output x Charging efficiency)

The charging efficiency takes into account the losses that occur during the charging process. A typical charging efficiency is around 80%.

Taking Alpha2000 portable power station and PV220 solar panel as an example, the recharge time would be:

Recharge time = 2,048 Wh / (220 W x 0.8) = 7.4 hours

This means that it would take approximately 7.4 hours of direct sunlight to fully recharge the Alpha2000 using one PV220 solar panels, or 1.8 hours with four PV220.

Keep in mind that actual recharge times may vary based on weather conditions, time of day, and the angle and orientation of the solar panels.

Our Alpha2000 solar generator can power a wide range of devices, including but not limited to:

  • Refrigerators (up to 18 cubic feet)
  • Freezers (up to 7 cubic feet)
  • Air conditioners (up to 10,000 BTU)
  • Power tools (up to 2000W)
  • Electric grills and cooktops (up to 2000W)
  • TVs and home theater systems
  • Computers and laptops
  • Lights and fans
  • CPAP machines and medical equipment

We recommend checking the power requirements of the devices you plan to use and comparing them to the specifications of our Alpha2000 to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

    2. Press and hold the WiFi reset button, positioned next to the main power switch button, for 3 seconds until the WiFi icon on the display starts flashing.
    3. Enable the WiFi and Bluetooth functions on your smartphone and launch the CozyLife App. To skip the signup process, tap on "Experience Now" and then select "Add Device" to search for nearby devices.
    4. Once your Alpha2000 is successfully paired, enter your WiFi password in the App to establish a connection with the system.
    (Please note that all types of WiFi networks are supported except for 5G networks.)

    Yes, you can use your solar generator while it's charging. However, the charging time may be longer if the generator is being used at the same time.

    Running time = Battery capacity / Power consumption x Depth of Discharge

    The DoD (Depth of Discharge) takes into account the losses that occur during the discharging process. The DoD for Vterun is around 90%.

    For example, if you plan to power a device that consumes 40 watts with Alpha2000, the running time would be:

    Running time = 2,048Wh / 40W x 0.9 = 46.1 hours

    This means that the device would run for approximately 46.1 hours on a fully charged Alpha2000. 

    No, the battery in our solar generators is not replaceable. However, the battery is designed to last for several years with proper use and maintenance.

    Our solar generators use Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which are known for their long cycle life and safety. With proper care and maintenance, our generator can last up to 10-15 years, which is significantly longer than other types of lithium-ion batteries powered generator.

    To maximize the lifespan of your solar generator, we recommend the following maintenance tips:

    • Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use.
    • Charge the battery at least once every 3-4 months, even if it's not being used.
    • Avoid fully discharging the battery, as this can shorten its lifespan.
    • Use the recommended charging method and adapter for your solar generator.
    • Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
