Warranty Disclosure
- Product Registration: Product registration is required only for purchases made through third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, etc. Registration ensures you receive the extended warranty benefits.
- Factory Warranty: All orders come with a standard one-year factory warranty by default, covering manufacturing defects and performance issues.
- Extended Warranty: Upon registration, each order will receive an additional one-year extended warranty. For batteries, you will receive an extra four years of warranty coverage. Please note, extended warranty does not apply to accessories.
- Coverage Limitations: The extended warranty is limited to the core components of the product. For solar batteries and generators, this includes the battery, Battery Management System (BMS), and inverter.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
